As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at South Palm Resort Maldives. The hotel's overall decoration and ambiance were elegant and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The general areas, such as the lounge and terrace, were well-maintained and provided cozy spots to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views. Additionally, the resort was accessible for senior guests like myself, with comfortable seating areas and easy pathways to navigate.

While my stay at South Palm Resort Maldives was exceptional, I would have appreciated more activities tailored specifically for senior visitors. It would have been wonderful to see the children working there provide a wider range of entertainment and services suitable for older guests, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable vacation experience for everyone.

The 75 Sqm Over Water Pool Villas were absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving off a relaxing and luxurious vibe. I felt like I was in paradise, especially when I saw the stunning sunset views across Addu Atoll. As a laid-back guest, I couldn't have asked for a better room to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the Maldives.

Personally, I found the exclusive floating spa rooms to be a bit overpriced. However, this is just my subjective opinion and some guests may still find enjoyment in this unique feature.

Local insights: We discovered amazing snorkeling spots with diverse coral gardens and schools of fish during reasonably priced tours. Standout service: The staff went above and beyond to celebrate special occasions - decorating the room and providing a celebration cake.

The spot where the spa was located was gorgeous, set in a hut floating in the middle of the lake. Plus, it was super close to some amazing coral gardens that we got to explore during our snorkeling trips on the boat. 🌊 the fact that the restaurant and bar were nearby was a great bonus too!
